Mission Flag Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Mission Flag Giveaway is sponsored by The Outreach Project LLC, referred to in these Official Rules as “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

This giveaway is intended to support The Outreach Project’s mission of connecting veterans, first responders, and their families with nonprofit organizations and community resources.

2. No Purchase or Donation Required

No purchase, donation, payment, or contribution is necessary to enter or win. Making a donation does not increase your chances of winning compared to an equivalent free entry. Please email inbox@theoutreach-project.com with free entry in the subject line to be entered to when for free!

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on 15 Jun 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on 31 July at 12:00PM Pacific Time.

All paid supporter entries and free alternate entries must be received before the giveaway period closes.

4. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, owners, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of The Outreach Project LLC are not eligible to win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one handcrafted wooden American flag.

Approximate retail value: $2,000.

The prize is awarded “as is.” No cash substitution, transfer, or prize exchange is allowed, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or costs associated with accepting the prize.

6. Supporter Packages

Participants may support the campaign through the following optional supporter packages:

$1 Donation
$5 Supporter Package
$10 Impact Package
$25 Mission Supporter Package
$50 Legacy Supporter Package

Supporter packages help raise funds for the campaign and may include giveaway entries as described on the giveaway page.

7. Entry Limits

No entry limits for this giveaway.

8. Winner Selection

After the giveaway period ends, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

The drawing will be conducted by The Outreach Project LLC or its designated representative.

The potential winner will be notified by email, phone, or direct message using the contact information provided at entry. If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete any required verification, another winner may be randomly selected.

9. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. Nonprofit Donation

At the conclusion of the campaign, net proceeds from this giveaway campaign will be donated to an eligible nonprofit organization previously featured on The Outreach Project Podcast.

The selected nonprofit recipient will be announced by The Outreach Project after the giveaway period ends.

“Net proceeds” means funds received through the campaign minus payment processing fees, platform fees, refund costs, chargebacks, and any direct campaign administration costs, unless otherwise stated by The Outreach Project.

Contributions made through this campaign are made to The Outreach Project LLC and should not be assumed to be tax-deductible unless expressly confirmed in writing.

11. Publicity

By entering, the winner gives The Outreach Project permission to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city/state, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes related to the giveaway, unless prohibited by law.

12. General Conditions

The Outreach Project reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, legal restrictions, platform issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity or operation of the giveaway.

The Outreach Project reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts fraudulently, or attempts to manipulate the giveaway.

13. Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Outreach Project LLC, its owners, members, employees, contractors, partners, sponsors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

14. Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Apple, Google, or any other platform where it may be promoted.

15. Winner List

To request the name of the winner after the giveaway has ended, email inbox@theoutreach-project.com with the subject line “Mission Flag Giveaway Winner Request.”
