Sponsorship Refund Policy

All sponsorships with The Outreach Project are reviewed for mission alignment and availability prior to activation.

Because sponsorships involve digital placements, scheduled content, and allocated platform resources, all sponsorship purchases are considered non-refundable once approved and activated.

However, refunds or partial refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • If a sponsorship application is not approved due to mission alignment or availability, any payment made will be fully refunded.

  • If The Outreach Project is unable to deliver a purchased sponsorship due to internal constraints, scheduling conflicts, or platform changes, a full or prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Sponsor-initiated cancellations after approval

  • Changes in organizational priorities or budgets

  • Failure to provide required assets or information in a timely manner

By completing a sponsorship purchase, sponsors acknowledge and agree to these terms.
